Hotel Branicki - Bialystok

Recommend it for family trips

The service at breakfast was really friendly, they treated us like family. Made the mornings enjoyable, especially with that great variety of foods! I found the rooms to be well air-conditioned, a lifesaver after walking around all day!

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but the overall comfort made it acceptable.

We enjoyed the great location, just a short walk to the main square. The spacious rooms provided really good comfort, along with a good selection of dining options nearby for our meals. We also loved the extensive breakfast that was offered.

Although we had a pleasant stay overall, communication was sometimes a bit challenging with some staff not speaking fluent English.

Stayed there for the second time, with a similar, good impression.

1. Travelled with car this time. Left it in front of the hotel for arranging the formalities. When back five minutes later to move the car to hotel's parking, the car has already received a ticket for parking in a pay-zone without a payment! Seems that municipality services earn easy money in this way. 2. Internet in the room by a cable connection, but the provided cable was damaged, had to use my own.

Excellent location, 5min to main square but in a quiet street. Helpfull staff; great brekfast. I would stay again.

So, I expected a like special treatment but ended up with a lack of small maps of the city and the wi-fi was painfully slow. No welcome gift despite my 2 nights stay? Very disappointing. I almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn't!

The hotel of choice in Bialystok. Silent and reasonably clean place, nice view to the cathedral. Variety of food at the extensive and rich breakfast. Comfy beds, romantic rooms and clean bath. Helpfulness from the whole staff. Magnificent location really close to the crossroad with a various bus lines and pedestrian touristic street as well as all the main attractions in Bia and extremely helpful and professional staff. Also, in the centre of the city.

Good localization, close to city center but in a very quiet area

I noticed that not all staff members spoke English, made communication difficult at times. I found the lack of small city maps to be frustrating. I would have appreciated better navigation assistance. While the hotel has a beautiful historic vibe, I was disappointed that it didn't provide more guidance on nearby attractions without request.

Enjoyed my stay. My stay was great of three nights. The restaurant was great at firs floor here, I had quality dishes. The staff was cool and amazing in any situation.

It will be better together with bidet (in the bathroom) install lavatory pan.

The breakfast spread was so fantastic! It had a great variety of local delicacies that surprised me. The room was charming, though the bedside could've used better mattresses 😄

All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was excellent, we enjoyed our stay there and would use this hotel again and can recommend it to our friends.

A nice, small and special hotel with atmosphere. I would use it again if I ever go to Bialystok.

Cleaning of the room might be done earlier on the day.

The charming atmosphere was perfect for relaxation, and the fantastic breakfast with local specialties was a highlight of my stay.

Thank you for a great stay. The hotel is excellent and absolutely charming and housed in a new building. Gorgeous rooms complete with a well-stocked mini-bar and a fancy multi-headed shower plus comfy bed, cool and amazing staff. The venue is placed in a very central position in a quiet area. The service is helpful, includes secure parking.
